Ahki makes his way over to the rubble and eyes the others dubiously. The stone looks unsound, it may collapse under all our weight. He decides to remain below and calls up,
"I will help pull our man to safety. Toss me down an end of that rope."

Kharas grab the other end of the rope. "Fine, I'll go down." He ties up the rope around his waist and look down in the hole. He draw his shield and look at the other. "Let's go me down."

As Kharas is lowered into the hole by Weapon and Ahki, he drops into the dust filled chamber. Careful to keep his eyes peeled for trouble, Kharas is not surprised when he sees to pairs of glowing red eyes move out from behind the pile of rubble. Two metal dogs, which Kharas instantly recognizes as iron defenders, move quickly towards the dangling dwarf.

Holding his end of the rope down below, Ahki cannot see what is happening on the roof but the way everyone is clustered around the opening there must be something interesting going on. He waits for a signal from the others to start pulling.

When Weapon suddenly starts pulling the rope up, Ahki pulls as quickly as he can to keep the rope taut and help raise the dwarf.

Mordin will cluster around the hole, pulling a dagger and waiting to get a clean shot at the dogs.
