For a moment Pixie cannot believe that the tick is really dead. But then a wicked smile spreads across her face and the guide steps back into the fray to get her slice and dice on. A bit too juiced up on adrenaline by her second wind, she fumbles her first blow, getting her right axe momentarily caught in the hanging roots. But the one in her left hand strikes hard and true, cutting right through the mites supernaturally tough hide.

OOC: 5' move, Attacks: 1d20+3=4, 1d6+2=3, 1d20+3=18, 1d6+2=7.

Uncharacteristically ignoring the disgusting ichor mixed with mud now splashing around his fine boots, the Prince continues his advance over the fallen and heads straight for their Chieftain. With another triumphant cry he swings in from the side aiming to sever the foul beasts head from its shoulders.

GM: Okay guys, I let this drag on way too long and I am sorry. I can't believe I let a month and a half go by. We'll move on.

Liam lops off Chief Grabbles ugly head. It bounces a couple of times looking like a rotten potato. Pixie drops another of the ugly little creatures. Kyria brings down a third with a well placed arrow. Rhote's sling bullet fails to find the mark, but it is more than remaining couple of little creatures are willing to stand for. They retreat with anguished cries pushing and shoving each other in their haste to get away.

OOC: You can get in a round of missile fire or likely outpace them if you wish, but they are heading for the hills.

Rhote goes for one more, despite them fleeing. "I can't help myself. I hate leaving enemies alive that might bother you later."

The Prince shouts after the fleeing creatures, "Flee this place and do not return!". He starts to move after them but checks himself remembering his difficulty with the muddy terrain. Instead he turns to survey his companions to make sure they are all doing well. He smiles broadly at them. "Well done my friends, we have routed them!"

The carnage is complete. Only a couple of Mite warriors survived and they seem determined to get as far away from here as possible.
