Liam rubs his chin wearily as the day draws to an end. "A hidden camp is a good idea. There are more than kobolds here in these woods I wager. I'd rather meet them on my own terms rather than at night in my small clothes. Though that would make a fine tale eh?" He laughs aloud at his own joke and starts scanning the area for anything promising.

"Alright," Kyria sighs. She looks around, squinting in the deepening twilight. She didn't know much about living off the land, but finding a sheltered spot wasn't too hard. It didn't take intimate knowledge of nuts and berries and animals to estimate sightlines. You just had to think in three dimensions.

"What about over there?" she asks, pointing. "Lemme take a closer look."

(Hee hee...she's more lucky than good. Rolled 20 with a measely +1 untrained check I am so multiclassing her ranger when and if we level.)

Kyria finds a difficult to spot cave entrance in a near by rocky outcrop.

Kyria ran over to where a wall of moss and creepers hung down over a rocky cliff face, and pulled the plants and grunge aside to show where a cave opened up in the cracked rock behind them.

"We can even leave this growth here. Close it up, it's almost as good as a tent."
