It could that, there's a spoon AND a needle, the only thing missing is a pipe and lighter.
That is incredible
Was this put out in the 80s?

1970s. DC was trying to get into the Marvel Comics game of tackling real world issues. Green Lantern/Green Arrow was at the forefront of this, with sometimes cringeworthy results, but overall doing its level best to talk about real issues in superhero comics. That is incredible

The recent Tom King Supergirl series was pretty good, though I imagine how much you like it will depend on how much you like Tom King's work (I mostly like it a lot). It gave her some nice depth. And their replacement for Supergirl in these stories, Andromeda, Laurel Gand, a probable descendent of Mon-El, was even better, with more personality than Supergirl has almost ever shown. She was tough, no-nonsense and a mom. She was great.
I've heard good things about it. It's on my long list of stuff to eventually check out. (I missed the entire Krakoa era of the X-Men, to show you how far behind I am).The recent Tom King Supergirl series was pretty good, though I imagine how much you like it will depend on how much you like Tom King's work (I mostly like it a lot). I'm not as caught up as I used to be. I basically read Batman, and then whatever Tom King and Kieron Gillen are doing. If Morrison does something, I'll hunt that down, too.I've heard good things about it. It's on my long list of stuff to eventually check out. Well... maybe when she wasn't being a Daxamite supremacist...And their replacement for Supergirl in these stories, Andromeda, Laurel Gand, a probable descendent of Mon-El, was even better, with more personality than Supergirl has almost ever shown. The only one I can recall was his teenage sidekick, Speedy, who became a Teen Titan.*. The others probably are post-1990s, I’d bet.
* and maybe a heroin addict at one point if I remember correctly.
Isn't there an Ultraboy, who has all the powers of Superboy, but only one at a time?
