Pineapple Express: Someone Is Wrong on the Internet?

I found a bunch of stock art I like! Seems the guy doing a bunch of the Shadowdark stuff is part of a group.

I'll be able to finish all my stuff finally.

I'm really digging a lot of Dyson Logos' fantasy stock art he's showing off on his FB pages. Gives me a good "Fantasy RPG" vibe.

Then again, I'm also a huge fan of the new direction ("new" as in "newer than my old a*s") Glorantha art has taken with Katrin Dirim; like if you took the craziest stuff from Wyrm's Footprints and turned it up to 11. So, I'm all over the place, as usual.

Maybe they do, but just think that text walls will conceal what they don't know?

Well, y'see, if they just belch out enough crap, eventually they'll hit upon something that's actually accurate, and then, when you call BS on them, they'll go back and highlight the one thing they got right, and say, "Hey, I just said that - keep up with the conversation, will ya?" :)

I shouldn't have to tell them to do their jobs.

When I worked at the toothpaste factory, I regularly ended up retraining people how to do their jobs right. Mostly because, somewhere along the way, society stopped teaching basic task resolution. The first step of which, in a workplace environment, is to ask, "What should I be doing right now?", and the last step of which is to ask, "If my current task is finished, is there another task to work on?"...

Here's the thing: at work, my boss' mentality is "Ticket Queue Go Down Good, More Ticket Bad" and so, I can do things in whatever order suits me. If I'm asking you if you need something done as a priority, it's a courtesy and I'll probably do it first to help. Turning around and telling me, "I shouldn't have to tell you to do your job" just irritates me and encourages me to put your task at the back end of my queue. Because I'm the low man on the totem pole -- nobody bothers telling me what the company priorities are this week. Don't expect me to make informed decisions if you're not going to inform me.

Or they just reinterpret what they already wrote to mean something else, so you're constantly playing Whack-A-Mole with different definitions.

Even better when "standard policy" changes on an almost weekly basis, or is dependent upon who the request was placed by.
