Many, many moons ago, before I met my wife, I dated some interesting people. One of them was a woman who was a devotee of The Secret, which is a popular book that espouses the law of attraction, which is basically one of the Laws of Magic, the Law of Similarity: "Like attracts like." So why wouldn't some posters also believe that the Rule of Threes could also be valid?My least-favorite posts are the ones along the lines of "I'm never wrong, you just misunderstood me" and "if I repeat something enough times it will become true."
Like, how do you even approach a topic from that angle? Why would you even try?
