Pineapple Express: Someone Is Wrong on the Internet?

It tastes completely unseasoned to me. I may be one of those salt monsters from Star Trek.
This you, Whizbang?

I've been studying for a film class that I'm taking and watching clips all afternoon. This is a detail from a sequence from Cleo from 5 to 7 that brings me a ton of joy. In the film, someone's been murdered. Puppy's having his big moment. Truly, a Great Moment in Cinema.

Five Guys burgers are good, but if you have peanut allergies, they aren’t for you.

My favorite fast food is Culvers. But I live in Culvers country so they’re common around here.
Yeah, the service tends to be very good, much better than you'd expect from a fast food place. I generally don't like root beer, but I really like Culver's root beer. But I almost never get a burger there. I usually get the Beef Pot Roast Dinner or the walleye fillets, when they are in season.

The classic chicken strip basket. It’s chic Fila I’ll never understand.
The first time I had Chik-fil-a it was in South Carolina conveniently located near a client site. It was the first chicken sandwich I really liked and I went back there the next few days for lunch while I was on site. When it finally came to Minnesota years later, I was happy to have the option but it grew old quick. I think in many areas it is the only decent chicken sandwich you can get at fast food prices, and there service and consistent quality sets them apart.

I'm hardly a food snob, but I've become pickier with age and with prices of even "cheap" fast food rising so much, and the availability of a good number convenient food trucks for roughly comparable prices and convenience, I just find am less and less interested in most fast-food chains. Hmmm...I can go get a burger or I can go get a fusion soul food/Mexican spicy blackened catfish taco.

I really like their fish sandwiches, too. And they have good pot roast sandwiches, for that matter - I sometimes get one of those just to have something different that I can't find anywhere else.

Since we've moved on to chicken chains, I'll mention Bojangles recently opened their first location in the state, right in my town. They are pretty good, and have replaced the once-a-week Popeyes for us in the RealAlHazred household. But the Bo-berry Biscuits are great! At least, they are when they're fresh; if you leave them in the fridge overnight and have them the next day, they're merely good.

Whataburger was that way for me when I went to Texas last year for a work conference. I kept hearing how it was so amazing and friends made it a point of stressing I HAD to try Whataburger when they heard I was going to San Antonio because it was the best thing ever and it was ok.. I guess? 🤷‍♂️
Jack in the Box was my favorite in the western half of the US.
