Pineapple Express: Someone Is Wrong on the Internet?

That's a whole different thing than the spatial/descriptive issues I was talking about to me.
Yeah, spatial is hard, but I've managed to bungle my way to being descriptive enough -- when a player says something where you know you haven't described it well enough, then you got to either walk things back or just go with what the players picked up.

The biggest thing I miss in online gaming over in-person, is the battlemat.

I gather for whatever reason any sort of VTT is a nonstarter for you?

I mean you feel as you feel, but there are some that are really simple, and if all you want is tokens and maps, they'd be more than adequate.
I tried to do Roll20 when the lockdown happened, so I could continue my tabletop game, and gave up in frustration after 2 hours of being unable to set anything up and figure anything out. If I want to feel like a moron, I can just go outside and talk to a random person on the street -- one of the perks of living in New Jersey.

Roll20 is worlds apart from what I'm talking about, because it has a whole lot of tools for automation that aren't strictly necessary. Honestly, even Maptool (which I use) is pretty far from that. I'm thinking more on the order of Owlbear Rodeo.

Okay. I'll help get things back on topic. So last night I discovered something that I dislike as much as pineapple on pizza. Pineapple in tacos!!

We ordered tacos to be delivered and someone messed up somewhere. Badly. My tacos came with little diced pineapple bits in it, which when covered by spicy red sauce are virtually indistinguishable from diced onions. One bite later I was horrified. :(

I am sorry that your expectations were not met. But, in general, tacos al pastor are excellent eats.
