Pineapple Express: Someone Is Wrong on the Internet?

Not to sound like an old man, but I encounter these clouds everywhere now. I have been at the grocery store and been hit by one in the toothbrush aisle.
I’m not talking about a small puffy cloud of weed. I’m talking about a cloud big and thick enough to partially obscure the road ahead of me as I crossed an intersection; too large to ascertain which house was the source because it filled the side street as far as I could see.

It was a haze that would utterly shame some concerts I’ve been to.

That had to be someone burning off a large enough supply to be illegal.

Im surprised folks are seeing clouds that big outside! Then again, some of those vapes are capable of making ridiculous smoke clouds. I've seen tobbacco ones that could sub in for a fog machine.

I’m betting that everyone on the entire street was raiding their pantries.

I had a teacher who said she grew up on an alfalfa farm. Apparently, alfalfa and weed are somewhat symbiotic. But instead of actively removing the MJ plants, they’d let them grow side-by-side until harvest.

When harvested, the alfalfa would be bundled by the farmers and sent to market. The pot would be bundled and handed off to federal agents, who would transport the weed to a federal incinerator.

Depending on weather conditions, that might mean the entire county would get stoned.

It’s an expression of violence from a man whose job was violence. But his core observation that people treat others differently- often, quite shoddily- when their anonymity or safety due to distance is virtually assured is not a new one.

I agree. And I get where he is coming from. I was part of that young generation of Tyson fans as a boy. I just felt the need to throw in my own caveat that I don't support literally punching people in the face over tweet but I think his observation is a sound one

I suspect a cloud like that is a product of a vape meant to make thick clouds

Nothing like walking through a mini fog bank that smells like grape? Cotton candy? Wtf??
