Their villainy is actually lessened by being vampires.Last vampires I played were land developers. They were NPCs. They got very staked.

You’d barely have to retool scripts from Kung Fu or similar series (like The Incredible Hulk) to have something watchable.
Despite being a vampire, he somehow retained most of his “Pre-Embrace” mortal life. He genuinely wants to do more good in the world…but isn’t prepared to simply end his existence to that end.
So he travels the world, keeping a low profile. He moves on when the vampire hunters get too close or he’s offed enough bad people that the local authorities are getting suspicious.
