Watched latest Superman movie last night. I saw the performances, heard the jokes, the music but I just didn't care. Did not work for me at all.

I also have a friend who claims his husband is "allergic to all lettuce that isn't iceberg", which always makes me think of the bit in 30 Rock where Dennis is allergic to all fish unless its fried.

I'm reminded of this woman's issues. I'm sure she has serious food sensitivities, but what always throws me is the second line, "sugars ending in -ose"... That's all sugars! That's what "-ose" means! Glucose, D-psicose, cellulose, sucrose, sucralose, fructose... I mean, if that's serious then the only thing I feel comfortable serving you is table salt, pepper, and water!

Wow, it’s really hard sometimes not to respond to some posts. Like, I’ve read some stupid, “self-own” crap before but that one is a whole other level of dumb.

I see references to events, "...happened in 2011..." and I think to myself ah yes, that was just the other day.

It wasnt. That is 12 years ago and I'm really not sure what happened to the last decade. I suppose I can blame Covid for part of that, but I dont know, time just keeps speeding up.
