It's a feature of the hard-block. Someone blocks you, you can't see the threads they've started, you can't see your posts there, or the conversations you might have been having--or even watching--there.

In theory they don't have to. This happened once before, and persisted for a few weeks (maybe months, I can't quite recall) before Xenforo eventually fixed it.

It does seem to be taking longer this time, though.

Oglaf’s comics are frequently R or even X rated, but they’re almost always funny.

Another one I liked was the “Sleeping Beauty” who turned out to be extremely classist/elitist, much to the consternation of those around her.

(The sequence of strips contains jokes that would NOT be grandma friendly.)
