Pineapple Express: Someone Is Wrong on the Internet?

Y’all are kidding yourselves if you think you got some weak-ass grandmas. You think they can’t handle some swearing or nudity? You’re only here coz they got down.

And yeah, 🤬 cancer.
My grandmothers- both 1st grade teachers and standing under 5’- were not weak.

My maternal one lived 10 years with a terminal cancer diagnosis- probably because Death didn’t want its ass kicked- and was still breaking apart live crabs for her gumbo with her bare hands.

My paternal one absolutely decked one of my cousins who implied that she was weak.

But profanity and parading around with too much skin showing (a VERY malleable standard, depending on circumstances*) was strictly forbidden.

* my Mom had a Playboy Bunny uniform as an older teen. Her stepfather got it for her from the club.

A refreshing moment in the in-person D&D game I play in with a new DM and 3 other players who are also new (I purposefully made a character who takes a backseat to others and often says "Tell me when it is time to smash stuff) upon being questioned by guards as we entered Waterdeep as to if anyone could "vouch for [us]."

I had my character sarcastically claim "Yeah, the great wizard Elminster," and the DM asked me if I had made that up because he had no idea who Elminster is despite running in the Realms. I kinda loved it.

So if a picture is worth 1000 words…
