Those things are far down on the ingredient list.dontpunkme said:Now scrapple for those who have never had it nor heard of it is about as foul as it gets. My mom and grandmom love it breaded and fried extra crispy. Personally, I try to avoid products made from everything that I would not normally eat alone. Its a disgusting mixture of pig ears, snout, toe jam, and a whole plethora of other things best left unsaid.
That sounds like a porno title.Frukathka said:I've heard of Pork Buns.
dontpunkme said:No, its definately not spam like. Like an earlier poster said, its kind of like taylor ham, its just not quite there. Although its pre-cooked, you heat it (preferably on your grill, but a frying pan or a griddle works almost as well and is more common for breakfast use) kind of like hot dogs because heating it makes it crisp up a little bit, sweats some grease out, and just makes it generally better. I personally can't imagine a camping trip where I didn't bring pork roll.
