Thank you I found it and downloaded the full file. I will be going over it this week. Numenera might be a thing, I have the original game and I really liked the concept, but I also have very fond memories of the various editions of Gamma World, except the D20 version. Using Nanites to explain magic was, well, it was not a good idea and I will leave it at that.
