I will do the good guys' map.
For when must I finish it?
And what dimensions? 18x18 as MacBrea's ones?
Are there any 'design rules' beyond the three dorrs, the great hall and all that?

Dimensions and rules are per the rules on page 1 of this thread. When making the map please minimize horizontal scrolling. Vertical scrolling is fine. Don't forget to add comments to each cell so I can find certain sections easily.

edit to say, that lesser planar binding has the same cost as lesser planar ally (1,000 exp 6,000 gold) regardless of when you cast it (Before battle or during).

oh about followers:

They have to be an NPC class (warrior, expert, or commoner). They each get money to equip themselves as per the DMG. Yes, level 1 guys get 900 gp. I'm going straight by the book.

However, followers will NOT share cash with anyone, even their leader.

edit to say, don't forget to add in stat bonuses to skills. When I have to calculate a lot of stuff I may forget to add in stat bonuses if they aren't there.

I downloaded PCGen, and though I absolutely despise it, I will use it to remake my character so I can send it to you.

I also downloaded PCGen... I've yet to form an opinion, since the #%&¤!!! thing won't work. :D

oh a few things:

MAPS:

Remember you can place corridors between any rooms you wish, the corridors being as small as 5 feet wide. My only requirements are that you have a certain number of rooms. Feel free to place as many corridors between the rooms as possible.

Corridors and rooms built with construction points are hidden and will not show up on the map.

Followers: The enforcer's followers have to be his race because I say so. However, the enforcer will get his full complement of followers no matter what race he is. This balances out all the good people having access to the follower feat. :)

Dear god, what haven't I gotten into?

TURNS:

I think I'll run the game 10 rounds at a time. When combat starts, I'll stop everything and finish that before anything else.

Orc commoners?

Goblin experts?

Somehow, I get the impression they'll be "warriors". Is it safe to assume that the 1st level followers, at least, won't actually have any character levels (if they're monsters)? Unless of course their something already cheesy, like kobolds.

A bit late, but sign me up if theres a spot left

Edit-Maybe make a monster guardians team? They have to secure their own level and cannot move from their level.

There's a merc spot left. If you want that, you're welcome to it.

Also: if anyone summoning a monster that will stick around for a few hours and wants to give it a certain degree of independence, can give it to someone to call its shots.

Obviously, this will only apply to monsters that are intelligent, mobile and aren't summoned for just a few rounds.
