question for the champion fans

I'm playing around with Mutants and Masterminds and I was thinking of all time best champions villians and heroes. So I was thinking about doing Malachite in MnM but I can't find that supplement anymore. Is there anybody out there who remembers Malachite and what his powers are?

He was a master geneticist whose own superior genetic structure made him superhuman in nearly every way: intelligence, appearance and physical ability, and the ability to give himself any superpower he wanted, as long as it didn't ruin his "superior appearance"..

...So, High Stats, some Super-Stats, and Variable Effect.

I seem to recall he had mental powers, but perhaps I'm mixing that up with him working for Menton who did have psionic powers.

Yep, all his characterisics were superior, though not overwhelmingly so. 30 Str and Dex. 6 Speed. Etc. Think of someone who's not the best in any one area but is a step below the best in every characterisitic.

He had some superscience he had developed himself, so access to some cool gadgets. A gun that fired goop that would trigger genetic changes. He had experimented on himself and could trigger minor genetic changes in himself. Could become stronger or could grow gills so he could breath water.

He technically could do a genetic change that would make him ugly. But -never- would, so it's not important.

He may also have had martial arts, I forget now.
