Hmm... maybe we should assume a human character... Having lots of arms, tentacles, etc. makes this a bit weirder....

And my goodness, can you imagine rolling that many attacks EVERY round? Man that'd get old fast... I suppose everything would be cut to ribbons by the time you were done, but still...
Try a Hekatonkheires (probably spelled by WotC with 'c' instead of 'k', but the 'k' is more appropriate). Those guys have 100 attacks per round :D Seriously, though, I've used the Marilith Dervish as an opponent before. It was fun :]

Ahhh Epic, the cause of many a heavily calloused dice hand...

Thri-kreen fighter 6/Dervish 10.

4 attacks from BAB
1 Bite attack (secondary natural weapon)
9 off-hand attacks from greater multiweapon fighting.
1 from haste.

14 total.

Using the Dervish's "A thousand cuts" ability, you get 27 attacks (the haste attack isn't doubled).

Hecatonkheires, Hekatoncheires, or Hecatoncheires? :p
For Greek, always use 'k' for a hard k or c sound as in 'count' or 'king'. Also, thanks to those crazy people in between the Greeks and us, you sometimes need to use K for soft 'c' sounds because they screwed up and pronounced it wrong for a while (Circe is a prime example--everybody pronounces her like SEER-see or SUHR-see, but she actually has two kappas also so should be spelled Kirke).

You forgot to add in the Bite attack to the total though ;)

Doh! Curse my math skills! So that's 15 attacks, or 29 with "A thousand cuts". I'm not sure, but could you add off-hand unarmed strikes to that total?
