Here's one. How many spells or spell-like abilities can a human wizard (with a familiar) get off in a single round? Feel free to prestige class away, with a maximum of 20 character levels.

P.S. Human means humanoid (human), no templates that change that.

Yeah... thats just nasty.

Yup. Unfortunately, that's basically the cookie cutter Dervish build. If you have Dervish, it is pretty hard not to get 15 attacks with 'A Thousand Cuts'.

A warforged with the feat that grants them a bite attack would get 19 attacks.

4 base, 3 off-hand, 1 slam, 1 bite = 9, doubled to 18 plus 1 haste attack = 19. (Assuming you don't need a free hand for the warforged slam attack.

He'd probably take that Assume Supernatural Ability feat in SS and then pop into a Chronotyryn from FF to get two rounds of actions for the price of one, then grant the Familiar one of the SLAs, and lastly use Quicken or a naturally Swift spell of course.

Oh, and if by 'get off' you mean it all goes off in the same round, Delay Spell metamagic feat and Time Stops can do some more fun.

It depends on how you view having two brains and thus two full rounds of actions. If you view this as granting two Swifts (which makes most sense), it would be 5.

I mean cast/use. So no Delay spell (good catch). Also, in case there was any confusion, a mixture of spells and spell-like abilities is acceptable, and any actions your familiar takes count as well.

Also, you said Wizard so I don't know if you allow Wizard/Psion/Cerebromancer, but that would allow a few more.

I said any number of prestige classes, so psion is out (besides, who wants to see an Elan fissioned, both of him metamorphed into chokers, both of them schism'd, and everyone throwing swift powers around?)
