I mean cast/use. So no Delay spell (good catch). Also, in case there was any confusion, a mixture of spells and spell-like abilities is acceptable, and any actions your familiar takes count as well.

So if you have a familiar that is a caster it gets even sillier..

That's basically the plan, except with Chronotyryn too. Do Psi-powers count towards extra 'spells'? And with the Psicrystal and Familiar both casting a bit, I think you can manage 12, but after that one round, you'll be low on just about everything )

I can get technically unlimited spells/round with a 20th level human wizard (singleclassed).

Well, if you can mange it with only wizard base class levels and prestige class levels, you're set. I don't think you can squeeze into cerebmancer without psion levels, can you?
