(Assuming you don't need a free hand for the warforged slam attack.)

It's pretty fair to assume, that the warforged's slam attack is a fist slam, so I would say no to that.

I mean cast/use. So no Delay spell (good catch). Also, in case there was any confusion, a mixture of spells and spell-like abilities is acceptable, and any actions your familiar takes count as well.

So if you have a familiar that is a caster it gets even sillier.. :D

I said any number of prestige classes, so psion is out (besides, who wants to see an Elan fissioned, both of him metamorphed into chokers, both of them schism'd, and everyone throwing swift powers around?) ;)
That's basically the plan, except with Chronotyryn too. Do Psi-powers count towards extra 'spells'? And with the Psicrystal and Familiar both casting a bit, I think you can manage 12, but after that one round, you'll be low on just about everything :D)

Yes indeed. And I can't help but think that the Cancer Mage (from BoVD) might help with this.
I've always found Cancer Mages funny--"I have a companion--it's this malignant tumor! Now catch this disease and become my plagued servant of evil :]"

Well, if you can mange it with only wizard base class levels and prestige class levels, you're set. I don't think you can squeeze into cerebmancer without psion levels, can you?
