I used an Arcanoloth Blood Magus/Cancer Mage as a BBEG at one point. Tons of fun.

GM: "The loth disappears."
Player: "What do you mean? Did he teleport or cast an invisibility spell?"
(Knowledge check rolled)
GM: "Well, it wasn't a spell. And you have the strangest feeling that he's still here..."

Cue the Blood Magus 10th level ability and screaming players

How about this: Level 10 human, any class, prestige or otherwise from any official 3.5 book. Whats the best guaranteed AC you can have against a single opponent assuming all 14 ability scores, no armor, no shield and no magic of any kind. (No psionics either)

The Warmain has a crazy ability that gives it thrice its Con bonus at level 1 (it used to be twice in AU, and I thought it still was, but it isn't). So she has 24 before feats

Would that be 26?

12 (HD) + 4 (Con) + 12 (Con x 3 for Sturdy) = 26.
If you allow Toughness x 2 then 30 (see below)

You'ld be better going a Sibeccai Warmain however. As Arcana Evolved doesn't have the Toughness feat, so the extra Human feat isn't helpful. They have a +2 Con bonus making it 20.

12 + 5 + 15 = 32.
If you are allowing Toughness then 35.

I think the best Human is from Iron Heroes
Take Tough as Iron +2 Con, and Mountain Born (Tough as Stone, +3 hitpoints at 1st).

Then Man at Arms for the Bonus Feat on top of the two feats at first level.

10 (HD) + 5 (Con) + 3 (Tough as Stone) + 9 (Toughness x 3) = 27
