Study is a feat, just that Warmains get it for free at first level. So without they are just 12+con.

If it's no feats then Iron Heroes

12 (HD) + 5 (Con 20 Tough as Iron) + 3 (Tough as Stone) = 20.

I don't see how you could get 24 in D20 without feats.

How about this: Level 10 human, any class, prestige or otherwise from any official 3.5 book. Whats the best guaranteed AC you can have against a single opponent assuming all 14 ability scores, no armor, no shield and no magic of any kind. (No psionics either)

You said it changed to three times in AE, in AU Sturdy gave you twice your con, they haven't changed it in that case. Hence my confusion, either way dog-faced boy wins due to the extra Con, if you don't allow Toughness since it isn't in the Arcana X books.
