Running Master of Magic in WinME?

Okay, this was probably answered awhile ago, but it's not working for me right now.

I seem to recall that if you turned off sound for MOM, you could play it. Well, that doesn't seem to be working right now. So, does anyone know how to get an old DOS file to run under WinME? Are there any EMS emulators I can download?

Is this that game where you're building armies, and then you're the godlike magic-user that casts spells down on the battlefield from above? Comes on like 10 floppy disks? Man, that's an old one...

Yep, that's the one. Where you can choose to use Life, Death, Nature, Chaos, and/or Sorcery magic. Still hasn't been beat for a turn-based epic magic kingdom game.

And I found out how to run EMS-using games under Windows ME, according to the Microsoft webpage. Just go into system.ini, find the EMMExclude line, and put a semi-colon in front of it. Then it will automatically allocate the memory you need to run it. (It's recommended that you turn off music and sound for the game.)

I have it running, yeah!

Now, I just have to find the save-game editors and Ken Dale's alterations....
