"s block"

Gah. I have been told to "s block" text.

I gather this involves those cool spoiler buttons that have text hidden underneath them, and when clicked upon, said text is displayed. I can't figure out how to generate them.

Above this current window I have a line with Guided Mode and Enhanced mode; set to guided.

I get how to do html tags. this "" followed by something like "" should make some text bold. but how do I do those Sblocks. Are they vB codes? if so what are the codes?

Gah I feel like an idiot and yet somehow I feel totally comfortable with thermodynamics.
