Singers wanted (especially Soprano / Alto)

Probably not the best place to be looking for one, but it's worth a shot. I have a lot of songs on my site and would like to be able to add some vocal tracks to the songs. Many of the songs (roughly half) are written for female voice, and even a couple of the male songs are out of my comfort range (not to mention the fact I absolutely detest the song of my own voice being played back).

So, anyone interested?

Well, I am by no means a professional singer, but I participated in choirs for many years and have been told I sing well. I will admit to not having done this for a while though, and I never got the hang of sight-singing. I used to sing soprano, but over the years I've gotten into the mezzo-sopranto, alto range.

I also cannot stand the sound of my own voice played back. I think that's common to many people, as we are accustomed to hearing our voices from inside our heads.

Anyhow, if you have a difficult time finding someone and you live anywhere near me, I'd be game. I'd try any Universities near you. I'm sure there are people there in the music programs who'd like to get thier voices out there.
