Well I guess the book is the same, bar cover, but you get the unique version of ToH, art posters and snazzy box for 2.5 times the price.

I remember when the githyanki on the cover of Fiend Folio were amazing cool...when I was 10 years old. Now it is rather goofy (although the background is nicely atmospheric).

Were the "elbow bags of sandy flesh" ever explained?
