Spiritual Weapon + Divine power, more attacks?

If a cleric were to cast Divine Power (among other things gives base attack of fighter of same level) and casts Spiritual Weapon (after 1st round magic weapon gets caster's base attack) does the Spiritual weapon get the Divine Powered base attack? So at lv 11 would the weapon get +11/+6/+1 (fighter) or +8/+3 (cleric)?

I'd have to say the fighter's BAB looking at the wording of the spell.

Thats what I think too, that you'd get the new BAB since it states in the description that your feats and skills don't apply but says nothing about spelled up BAB's or such.

If you're high enough level, don't forget to Maximize the Spiritual Weapon.

5th level slot. For a 6th level slot you could Double-Empower it.

And don't forget, at 16th level it's doing that 8 points 4 times per round, where your Flame Strike in the same slot would do 16d6, Reflex Half, with half of that resistable energy damage.

Certainly, Flame Strike is area damage, but you're not always fighting mobs with no Fire Resistance.

I don't think it's by any means a broken or overpowering combination, but I don't think a Maximized Spiritual Weapon is a wasted slot either.

For a cleric with the War Domain, he can choose between Flame Strike and MaxSW in his 5th level Domain slot. I can imagine days when I'd choose either.
