I've seen this mentioned before but purposely avoided the converstaions as I was reading the book Lone Drow, but does anyone have any ideas what the benefits of King Oboulds transformation. Here are his stats as presented on the Wizards page (and updated to 3.5 by me)

For Lone Drow I would think he needs a few more levels on top of whatever benefits Grummsh gave him. Here is my "Chosen of Grummsh" template...

Speed: +10ft to base land speed
Weapons: Any weapons or natural weapons the Blessed of Grummsh weild are considered Evil for purposes of overcoming Damage Reduction
Armor Class: +5 natural Armor
Special Qualities: Darkvision 120ft, +4 divine bonus vs Bullrush, Grapple, Overrun, and Trip checks
Damage Reduction: 10/good
Abilities Increase as follows: Str +10, Dex +6, Con +2, Int +2, Wis +4, Chr +2
CR: +3
LA: +5?
Its a little mundane, but he never does anything that screams "spell like ability!" out. In addition to this he got alot of cool new itmes from his Shamans, as well as they possibly upgraded his existing equipment.
+2 Heavy Fortification Spiked Breastplate (Includes helmet) 49,500gp
Shirt of Minor Fire and Cold Resistance (as a vest) 30,000gp
