That's why I went with Jenn. No confusion as to how you pronounce a J!Clearly, we should still call them Genasi, but when someone asks?
Hard G.
That'll solve the problem!

If pronounced it with a Spanish "J" it'd be "Hen".

This sounds more cultural in nature than a heritage. Hmm...A5e has Mixed Heritage, what about Mixed Culture? What I mean is, what if your parents were of the same heritage (ex. Elves), but came from different cultures? You could have an Elven father who was raised in High Elf Culture, but your mom was a Cosmopolitan Elf. As a result, you learned a bit of each of their respective cultures.Liminal Heritages:
People who exist in the threshhold between Society and Savagery, Life and Death, and Reality and Unreality...
Could be fun
I would honestly just have that reflected in skills. A Narrator should be willing to swap out a skill or a spell (if both cultures grant spells) of the same level to reflect the heritage. Personally, I'd require that you to put some thought into a background so it's not just minmaxing, though. This sounds more cultural in nature than a heritage.
