It's like they're not even trying. Either people who contact the Foundry for stuff already know the specs, or they know we're not actually here for a satellite. !

We could set up a teleconference easily and if we are satisified with what the technitions are saying, then we'll pay you up front and as a further assurance, we can take your tour." she grinned. "I'm sure your faculty must be very impressive to be able to build this sort of thing," she said.

Perhaps these people aren't that technically inclined and leave that sort of work for the 'drones'. Hmmmm....
