Oh look!
An actual elemental is in the lead!
Yay!

Ps, if elder tempest dies im definitely voting for air elemental and if both of those lose im definitely voting for fire elemental, failing all those itll be water elemental, and lastly the true (paracelsian) gnomes, the earth elemental.

Psps, paracelsus (a real world alchemist and father of multiple modern fields of science that hoenheim from fma is supposed to be an alternate reality version of) invented the word "gnome". It originally referred to earth elementals, the only male elemental out of the 4. This had to do with ideas of atomism dating back to ancient greece and also had to do with the concept of animalcules. Earth essentially was considered the element most capable of producing a base animalcule and the least ephemeral (most physically real) elemental base. Also paracelsus may have been completely mad but he was a genius. Basically take hoenheim and the dwarf in the flask, slap them together, strip him of magic powers but maintain the morality of hoenheim and turn the intellect/insantiy both up to 11 and u get real world hoenheim (paracelsus).
