"The ship flies like a wounded Bantha except when I'm at the controls and the wiring in the conduits is worth more than the entire rest of the ship, but it'll get us to Nal Hutta...and anywhere we need to go."

"Ah, well, glad to have you with us Captain." Garek takes seat and readies himself for launch.

Wepps takes to the cockpit, briefly checks over the nav computer (taking 20) and completes his preflight prep.

"We're on our way to Nal Hutta," Wepps intones into his headset.

The Nubian crusier lifts off the landing pad and the Naboo falls away, the green grass growing blurring beneath wispy clouds until eventually the planet is seen in full against the blackness of space.

ooc: And they're off!

IC: As you leave the planet behind, you receive a final, tight-beam transmission hidden under a normal message, which itself is hidden in an apparent 'traffic control' data spray. the message is from the queen and marked "Eyes-only" for the diplomat.

"Can you send it through to my cabin, Captain?"

Garek walks through to his room then activates the screen to receive the message.

"I hope that missive from the Queen is good news," Oothar says to his fellow Jedi. "Perhaps the Ambassador will share it with us once he finds out..."

OOC: Bump! :)

"Yousa not bein' the only one hopin' for good news," replied Brasa. "But meesa not thinkin' the Queen be callin' an' tellin' us the Hutt's be throwin' us a party."

ooc: Oops, i missed the last couple posts.

IC: As Garek turns on the message, the queens face appears

"Greetings, Garek, from the council. I would first of all like to wish you good luck on your journey, though hope that you will not need it.

The situation with the Hutts is slightly more complicated than you were previously informed. I have reason to beleive that soem remnants of the Empire have ears on our homeworld, and so could not tell you this when you were here.

The hutts have been courting both the republic and what we have recently come to know as the New Imperial Order, a palpatinistic movement to oust the republic. Your mission to the hutt system must be a success, for if their wealth goes to support the new empire, the republic may well be doomed.

I also must tell you that the only people I beleive can be trusted are on your ship. Rely on your companions, and be careful. Queen Arinelle out."

As soon as the message has finished, it automatically deletes itself and any trace that it ever existed.

Garek comes out of his cabin grim-faced, and addresses the three Jedi.

"The Queen's message was of some importance. Could I speak to you all in my cabin?"

If the Jedi agree, Garek heads back to his room and relays the Queen's message to them.

Brasa joined Garek in his cabin, and heard the news.

"Thisa mission be bombad importante," the Gungan offered. "Wesa must be winnin' over de Hutts."
