Bishop nods his head, looking around for Nealy

"If we cannot find him, let's head to impound to look at that Bel Aire there. And then we can suprise Nealy at home later tonight. Or head back to see Charlie." Bishop states.

 

[Committed Hero]

"The horse is in here," McWherter points through a doorway to a stable area. In one of the back stalls is what appears to be a nice-looking horse, as far as you can tell."

Let me know if you want to look closer, or hunt around for Nealy.

 

[Widowmaker]

Might as well take a look at the horse while we are here.

 

[Starman]

Heywood shrugs. "I don't know anything about horses, but we might as well look at it. I'm curious."

 

[Committed Hero]

The stable is warm, dark and, especially for LA, humid. You hear the snorts of several horses, but the one McWherter takes you to is stabled at the far corner of the buiding, well away from other horses. Dalriata looks like a pretty impressive creature, but it looks like it is suffering harshly in the heat. There are near streams of liquid dripping from its flanks onto the straw below.

"Mind yourself, don't get too close."

Looking over at the horse trainer "What the hell is wrong with that horse. I am no expert, but I can tell that (pointing to the horse) is not normal?" Bishop states. While normally a tough guy the thought of the horse suffering bothers him, he cannot explain why.

 

[Committed Hero]

"I had the vet take her temperature, and it was normal." He now eyes you more closely. "What's your interest in this harse, anyway?"

 

[Widowmaker]

"We are not to sure. We are just doing some follow up work." Bishop will state.

 

[Committed Hero]

"Forgive me for asking, but what kind of follow up work requires packing heat?"

 

[Starman]

Heywood tries to contain his anger. "You are not forgiven for asking. Now, what the hell is wrong with that horse?"
