None of that actually precludes her taking levels in the Jedi Master PrC.

All it precludes is her taking the title. That's it.

Thats taken from the Jedi Master PrC entry!

Mate, if SWSE was still a system, and the Devs released stats for Mandalorian 9ABY Ashoka, she would NOT have levels in Jedi Master, any more that Assaj Ventress would have levels in Sith Lord (something which she never was either).

This conversation about Ahsoka having jedi master levels is getting a little tiresome. Can't we just agree that some would build her with jedi master levels and others would use force adept or other levels?

In fact, why not just build her out with basic levels and feats/talents? It's more interesting to see how people would build her rather than this pointless circle people are stuck in.

I know what book it’s from, I’m quite familiar with the system. The text does not preclude her taking levels of Jedi Master, it just makes it unusual.

Where do you get that from? If you have two sides and you get rid of one, the balance has shifted.
There aren’t two equal sides, there is the force, and the dark side, which is a cancer in the force.

Nothing in canon material suggests that the two together are the balance.

Nothing says it's a cancer or unequal, either. Yoda explained it well. The force has two sides. Light and dark. That's it. Nothing about the dark side not belonging with the force and needing to go away.

The way it's treated is not as a cancer, but as an opposing way of using the force. You have dark side users, light side users, and grey users. Everything we see suggests that the force as a whole has those components. Nothing suggests that it is a cancer that doesn't belong.

Yes the text does preclude her from becoming a Jedi Master. It expressly precludes her.

The text for entry to the prestige class says this:
During the Rebellion era and the New Jedi Order era, Jedi require no such approval [of the Jedi Council]; however, they must adhere to the tenets of the Jedi Code to become Jedi Masters.
She must adhere to the tenets of the Jedi Code to become a Jedi Master. Not 'should', must.

She never got the approval of the Council to become a Master, and she does not adhere to the tenets of the Jedi Code required for her to become a Master. She hasn't adhered to the tenets of the Jedi since 19 BBY when she renounced and left the Jedi order.

Here is the Jedi code. In no way is she adhering to those tenets, so there is no way she can become a Jedi Master (short of the Council reforming and granting her permission).

Anakin was precluded from taking Master levels because the Council refused to grant him approval (despite being 12th level, and otherwise qualifying, and being appointed to the Council himself). Ashoka is precluded from taking those levels (and being a Jedi Master) because she does not adhere to the tenets of the Jedi Code.
