"H-here you go, Sir", the lad timidly offered, his arm clearly trembling as he handed Ryland the note.

A couple of copper coins sent him on his way, and Ryland examined the note. It was addressed to "Devlin and Ryland". When opened, it simply read, "Help! At 26 Anchovy Lane, in danger!", and was signed, "Brigit".

Eppy read over Ryland's shoulder. A worried expression came over her face.

"Oh, you'll need to go help her. This sea captain fellow must have been helping her and they killed him...they'll probably kill her next!"

"Alright. Eppy go get the guard, but don't mention us or the orb. Devlin, let's bring the orb along, but go get Brigit. ", Ryland says, ready to roll.

Devlin retrieves the orb from the office. "Let's make a stop on the way. I don't feel safe carrying this thing around with us."

Devlin readies the rest of his gear and heads out to the Red Dragon Inn.

OoC: Who's going where? Devlin, Ryland, Eppy. Nearest Watch station, Red Dragon Inn, 26 Anchovy?

Devlin readies the rest of his gear and heads out to the Red Dragon Inn.

After giving Devlin a puzzled look and asking about thier destination, Ryland replies,"Good thinking Devlin. We can hold any meeting in a room at the red Dragon. Plus they have a good stout ale and pipeweed there."

OoC: So, Eppy's going to the RDI with you guys?

ooc: Eppy is going to fetch the watch, Ryland and Devlin are going to the RDI to drop off the orb for safekeeping and then proceed to 26 Anchovy Lane to meet Brigit.
