[sblock=ooc]I know I'm the guy who's lobbing a lllllllllllllliving ball of flame at the sucker, but I'm fairly certain this guy's supposed to be wrastled to the ground non-lethally. Thus the attacks against our weapons and spells (mo magic, no weapons).
We may want to just grab this guy, avoiding all his interrupts and such. I don't know if he's a good grappler. However, Emral just doesn't have the chops to take him on without magic (Sleep not prep'd today).

The halfling flicks a statue of jockey at Drivan’s head.

Drivan's magic missile strikes Cousin Eustace, punching a hole in the old halfling's favorite pair of bib overalls. (13 damage) Cousin Eustace snarls and points at Drivan. "Yaebaeterhaid! Ahmcoom'nfaeryae!"

"Why do you keep angering him?!" pleads Marco, "Are you suicidal?!"

Somewhat shaken by the one-armed elderly halfling's fury, Drivan retreats further into the well-kept boughs of the tree.

After swinging his punches in the air again, Hadarai unsheates his sword, enraged, while steping slightly to better profit from the hawk's distraction. You will regret this! he roars…
“Yurth’wungonr’graet’t,y’ponseep’nk! Foitmaelahkamaen!” Cousin Eustace throws a quick jab at Hadarai’s sword hand.

The sword falls out of Hadarai's hand, spoiling his attack.

As she says this, Vaunea stands up and pulls out her shield and large battleaxe. "Now, fight fair."
Cousin Eustace chunks a cobblestone, knocking the axe out of her hand. "Nah'tsfaer!"

Emral withdraws into the carefully sculpted branches of the conical bush--incidentally crisping several of the flames with his head. He gathers the raw elemental force necessary to create the flaming sphere.

Cousin Eustace takes note of this and spins. "Nahtyaetu?"

In the halfling's hands, a plaster pink flamingo becomes a deadly boomerang. It spins across the lawn.

But the concealment provided by the bush is sufficient to misdirect Cousin Eustace's attack.

The flaming sphere erupts into existence, singeing Cousin Eustace. (10 damage.) Several leaves of the tree burst into flame. The lawn blackens.

And Cousin Eustace is shocked. Horrified.

"MAELAHN! MAETRAE!"

Marco shrieks in unremittant, unrepentant terror.

Erlai screeches as Eustace moves to attack Drivan. The cry is followed by a flurry of wings as Erlai's claws rake at the halfling.

Erlai's Attack - Round 3 (1d20+6=9, 1d6+4=7)

Seeing that Eustace has moved well across the lawn, Finnian decides he probably can't close the gap in time to attack himself. He whistles to Erlai and motions towards the halfling to direct the hawk to attack again. Finnian then turns his attention to Vaunea standing next to him. He steps on the axe and places an arm in front of the minotaur.

Hey, Vaun! He's saying, "No Weapons!" That guy said, "test," right? Just toss him around a little so he knows we're up for a fight.

Under his breath, he adds, I'd like to get him back for throwing your big ugly mug on top of me. Let's see if we can return the favor.

Erlai swoops over to attack Cousin Eustace avoiding the flaming sphere (to square I13)

Round 3: Erlai's regular attack (1d20+6=20, 1d6+4=7)

Angered by the halfling's attempts to disarm her, Vaunea runs after Eustace. Have caught the halfling, she sends her axe downward in an attempt to literally disarm him, even if she is trying to just knock him unconscious.
