Has anyone else been watching this show? I've caught every episode since it debuted and have been enthralled. It's the best show on TV these days, IMHO. I'm worried that it will get cancelled, though, since I heard that ratings for it have been mediocre despite the great reviews it has gotten.

I thought its first few episodes were utterly brilliant, but that since then the primary "hook" of the show -- the non-linear puzzle-like storytelling -- has increasingly become a non-issue. It's turning into yet another ensemble cop show, and a fairly melodramatic one at that.

I, too, have been somewhat disappointed that the latest episodes have gotten away from using the different viewpoints as an essential part of the mystery of the story. I think, though, that they don't want it to get too stale.

I've still really enjoyed it, though. The characters are top notch. David McNorris is an ass, but he is an engaging ass.
