TWF question.

Rapid Shot and TWF work nicely to give you additional attacks while throwing. Manyshot doesn't work, but only because the feat explicitely states it. Greater Manyshot though works.

A hasted TWF/Rapid Shot halfling ftr1/rog2 (I love these guys, my players hate cannibalistic halflings living in city sewers) has four attacks when he's throwing. Yeah, that's a nice sneak attack barrage and these small dudes hit pretty nicely. After initial barrage, they enter melee and tumble around in the middle of the group... there's nearly no way to keep them from flanking.

-4 to hit on all attacks though, right? But I guess that good dex, size modifier, halfling bonus and decent bab make up for it.

For the initial ranged attacks, aiming at light armored combatants who lost their dex bonus to AC helps too :D

And hell yeah, the points you listed really had a nice impact on my PCs:
PBS+1, Dex17=+3, BAB+1, size+1, halfling+1. The halflings I used were only level 2 without Rapid Shot, so only -2 to hit for two attacks +5/+5 against flat-footed opponents.

6 level 2 halflings (Ftr1/Rog1) with one level 2 wiz and one ftr1/rog3 halfling with kukris nearly TPKed my level 4-6 group of 10 PCs with full spells for that day. Flank Bonus helped a lot in melee to offset the loss of dex to hit since they had no feat left for Weapon Finesse.

And being disguised as playing children helps to get close to nice priests.

I would think Ftr2/Rog1 would be better for that scenario, unless the skill points were critical for the initial bluff/disguise checks to get close.

Certainly better to get Quickdraw, PBS, Rapid Shot, TWF and Weapon Focus as fast as possible, yet heading for Rog3 with its second sneak attack die is more useful.
