Well, the SO dragged me along and you know what? It didn't suck as much as the first two. I laughed, twice, and the battle scene was okay. They gave a little background info on Jasper and Rosario(?) which was a little more not suck. I find I actually like Carlyle and Alice, although they don't get much screen time.
If you need brownie points and to do a chick flick then you can probably tolerate it. Not exactly high praise but it was better than I expected.
