It's not quite copy paste. Genie's Wrath is new i think.
It's not. Genie's Wrath was in the revised version too. I checked them earlier and line for line it's pretty much exactly the same, whereas Wild Soul Magic got various tweaks. Genie must have been mad popular in that version to make it through sans tweaks.

It didn't. The version that made it through unchanged was the second version, which had major revisions from the first. So it's actually the opposite. Not that it went through without tweaks, but that the tweaks were significant enough that they had to publish a playtest a second time.
