lol yeah it probably is but from the sounds of it it will just be another fighter and they wont have gained any new abilities to combat the problem

personally i wouldnt like to run or be in a group with that many fighters as there is very little in terms of new things that they can do or learn to do

however everyone can push an undead into a portable hole and leave it there forever.
if necessary you could have a NPC wizard cast mordenkainen's magnificent mansion and just leave the portable hole full of unstoppable undead in there when the spell times out and destroy's the items and undead inside them

Those are all very good solutions and I will need to talk to the cleric about making a portable hole if possible. If not my Ranger has about 30k gold in gems and other various trinkets so I could buy one. Thanks again. The next time we play is in about 2 weeks so I will return to let you all know how it went.

Yeah it is really bad actually because everyone has TWF and no one wants to be the tank, they just want to be dual wielding weapons of war and instead they are dead about 65% of the time and blame the cleric for not being able to heal all of the party members. The DM loves that there are a lot of fighters because he does not like magick.

im sorry but all it takes to be able to take a hit or 2 for low level fighters is to buy a decent set of armour. u dont even need magic armour. and you can still use TWF in heavy armour last time i looked because it is affected by the size of the weapon in hand not your ability to move. and im sorry but its not hard to make a chagre and dive holding both swords in front of you to spear through an enemy which i would rule as dealing damage with both weapons.

personally i know people in real life who can fight in full sets of plate mail weilding 2 english bastard swords so i dont see why a fictional character cant considering they can have magic and other things aid them

it sounds to me like your dm isnt a very good dm if he doesnt like magic. it is a massive part of the game and shouldnt be overlooked in any campaign. otherwise you have to rule out all magical items and other planar beings as they have no way of getting to your material plane to interact with you

If you have 30k sitting around, you probably need to spend them more wisely.....(magic armour, weapons, magic items etc)

Except if your DM gives you too much gold...but still...

Sorry I should have been more clear. He doesn't dislike magick, he dislikes magick users. And I have so much money because he doesn't allow us to buy magickal items, he wants us to find them. Luckily I don't believe he can prevent the cleric from using Craft Wondrous Items. Well he is the DM but that would be very cruel given our current situation.

It is not that they can't deal damage or mitigate the damage but one guy is wearing studded leather because he always wears it, another guy is twf with a 15 dex, and I think they just expected it to be more like twf in 2e.

I play the Elder Scrolls series a lot and they call their mana reserve Magicka. I liked the way it looked so I started spelling magick like that.
