Myoko exhaled a single shouted word in a strange language, before she realized she was no longer among the folk she had trained with for years- then she switched to the Common tongue, trying to encourage Kavac. "Move beyond the pain, let it clear your sight!," she called out. Even as she spoke, she lashed out with her spear again, trying to distract the ankheg for a critical moment- the narrow tip of the longspear managed to slide between two plates of the creature's armored hide, and while the beast struggled free, it had been held for a crucial moment, presenting an opening for Kavac to exploit...

OOC:
Minor: Inspiring Word on Kavac- spend a healing surge, and get back 1d6 extra HP (you can roll)
Standard: attack ankheg with Furious Smash, 1d20+6 vs. FORT= 26 (Hit/Crit), deals only 4 damage, but Kavac gets a +2 to hit and damage on his next attack on the ankheg (as long as he attacks it before the end of his next turn) ; roll Roll Lookup

With delight, Torqua sees that the monster is effected by her attack. She goes to stomp the ground arcane energy again, only for wounded leg to flare up in pain, causing her to harmless tap the ground.

OOC: Was going to attack Ankheg 1 with storm walk, only to roll a 1 on the attack die. 1d20+3=4

The ankheg engaging Frost and Vardaal, backpedals away from his attackers. The creature is in bad shape, but wont fall just now. It gurgles and spits a ball of acid substance over Frost, the viscous liquid eats away his fur and flesh before he manages to take it out. Being not as sturdy as Kavac, Frost feels that the substance was not just acid. He feels his hands numb and his vision blurs.

Vardaal steps closer to the ankheg who moved away from him and Frost. He gripped his fullblade tightly, the frustration of his failure to hit the desert creature building to a crescendo inside him. The bugbear unleashed a long, loud howl of release as he brought the massive blade down on the armoured carapace of the creature.
