So apparently the review copies of Dragonlance list different schools for the lunar sorcerer than the D&D Beyond one.
It appears the Initiate of High Sorcery feat was updated, but the lunar sorcerer used the original UA schools except for full moon, which was corrected. This meant that the full/white list matched, but the crescent/red and new/black did not. Further, the bonus spell lists for each phase was based on the correct version, as each spell on the list belongs to the correct schools.
So anyone getting the physical copy beware that the correct schools for lunar boons are on D&D Beyond and match the High Sorcery feats. I expect a quick errata to come when the book ships in earnest.
