Feat leech uses:
1) Build a
Pyschic Warrior with Psionic Body and a lot of psionic feats (preferably Psionic Talent). With a good WIS, you can steal multiple feats at once, btw.
Two Psionic Bodies and 5 psionic feats (total)= +20 HP, but it could be
much worse than that, given a Psychic Warrior's bonus feats.
Who says that if you have two instances of Psionic Body that you don't gain HP for
both of them?
While the power lasts, you are treated as if you possessed the stolen feats, despite the fact that you have more feats than normally allowed.
2) Build a Thrallherd. Even a fairly modest one:
Wilder 5/Thrallherd 3 [Manifester Level 7 +
Overchannel]
12 WIS, 18 CHA [Raised at 4 and 8 or added
Cloak of Charisma]
Expanded Knowledge (Mindlink); Psionic Body and Psionic Talent
[Not really even necessary]

Only accept thralls that have Psionic Talent as a feat, preferably they have it twice or three times (Psionic Body may be okay, too: see above).
If they don't, you can just kill them, and get a new thrall the next day. This has no adverse effect on your "Leadership" score relative to Thralls.
With a 10-12 WIS and a Periapt of WIS +2 or +4 for a total WIS of 14, you should be able to steal 2 feats per Thrall. Some of them may only have 1 Feat (2 if Human), but that's okay.
Assuming that each of your followers has
one and only one instance of Psionic Talent
(even though you should have been culling a much better herd than that by now
):
Feat Leech only costs 3 PP. This means that each time you steal
Psionic Talent you are getting
at least 4 PP for a net of 1--minimum--per Feat Leech.
Thrallherd "score" = 8 (Char Lvl) + 4 (Cha) + 3 (PrC Lvl) = 15

Extend Power while you're at it, it only costs +2 PP. You would still net 207 PP, but would have all your bonus PP for 14 minutes.
* It will take you 23 rounds to do this, leaving you 47 rounds of full PP (117 rounds with Extend).
