What are you going to buy this Dark Friday?

Black Friday Shopping is coming. As always, it tastes like dead...
I want to know what every one is planning to buy.Here is my shopping list.

I have to work, but thankfully not until the closing shift. As a coffeeshop, we don't get a ton of extra traffic for merch (though starting now, our holiday gifts are going to move more quickly), but EVERYBODY needs a latte/caramel highrise/hundred shots of espresso in between sales, so we get hit starting at about eight am and the madness does not stop for hours.

Aye- I work at a convience store for my second job and its a non-stop rush of folk's that forgot something, traveling to somewhere or ran out of stuff. In all cases the people are in a hurry.

Friday will only be slightly better.



As for what I will buy- most of the shopping is done. I'll get a pizza, beer and a movie after work and relax for once.

Not much shopping in my town (besides Walmart). I think I'll shop online (before Cyber monday).

Not sure what I want, though.

Um... some groceries, some bags of the leaves I'm going to rake off the lawn.

I don't take part in the mad consumer rush the day after Thanksgiving. It seems pretty ridiculous, to me.

After work I painted miniatures and had Turkey w/stuffing sandwiches.

Didn't buy a thing. I worked part of the day and then went home. Thought it silly people get up at ungodly (for them anyways..) hours to go shop..... Nearby mall opened at 1AM. Several stores opened at 4AM. SHEESH. If I was off work, I'd sure be snoozin' not shoppin'. Besides that, no moolah=no shopping anyways....

Slept in, then worked a rediculously busy closing shift. But Saturday I did most of my shopping, and as of tonight, I've done all my shopping. Amazon, another website, meijer, and a small store near me, and thats it for all my family and friends that I buy for.

Now, I do still have some stuff to do. I'll have to pick up supplies for the cookies and confectionary that I'll be making for some friends, and some people are getting artwork, which I have to produce. Still, I'm quite proud of myself. I've even wrapped a few things.
