<snip> If you're not interested in 4E, then start a thread in the Publishers forum asking which of them are planning to continue support for systems in 3.x. <snip>

That's a great idea, but I'm going to take a different approach.

If you plan on continuing to play 3.x after the release of 4E (regardless of how long you plan on playing it), would you be interested in any additional supplements? If so, what kind?

I'd probably be interested in Campaign Settings--I almost always am--but honestly, the true answer is that I probably have most everything I need.

Adventures, first and foremost. After that, locations that can be easily dropped into existing settings or adventures.

Adventures : Absolutely yes!!!

Races No
Classes Yes
Feats Yes
Spells No

This is if I stay, which I probably will as things look now.

Really what I wold like to see more of is another complete series, and could be talked into Feat Compendium, Prestige Class Compendium (if both are 50% or more new)

Even an animal Familiar/animal companion compendium would work well, though I would probably not buy it, it could be made well enough I would feel I must buy it.

But something like Classes of Greyhawk, or such would be great too.

Adventures.
Campaign Settings.
Monsters.

Pretty much the same stuff as I buy now anyway. I really hope that someone out there will continue to support 3.5 when 4E comes out.

No more Compendiums. Ack. They're not complete, and since items come out after they're published, they're never up to date.
I didn't buy Spell Compendium and I wouldn't buy any other one.
If you're going to make a compendium, make is modular, like the old Monstrous Compendium that was a three ring binder so you could add stuff to it..

That said, I'd like to see adventures (of all types, not just dungeon crawls), niche product like environmental books that WOTC never bothered to do, no more races/classes/prcs/spells there's too many as it is.

I think part of the joy of playing games no longer supported by its main publisher is the refreshing lack of things to keep up with.

What I would like to see, honestly, is an optional ruleset a la Unearthed Arcana that lets me apply some of the bona fide improvements being discussed for 4e without screwing up my existing material. For example, a system to replace iterative/full attacks with some sort of damage bonus like SWSE.

I also really like the idea of racial levels as they appear in Arcana Evolved, Unearthed Arcana, and WoW RPG. More of that would be cool.

I have enough 'stuff for PCs' to last a lifetime, and no interest in any more published settings.

I can always use more adventures, even if only as idea-generators, would very much like to see someone run with the 'encounter traps' concept from Dungeonscape (which is not OGC, but is also not tied to proprietary mechanics, so I think it's fair game), and can generally use good new monsters (in moderation).

What I would be really interested in, though, is seeing what oddball things people can do with the system now that it's "complete". Over the years, Wizards gave us Psionics, Incarnum and the "Book of Nine Swords". What can you guys come up with? (And if it's open for others to play with, so much the better :))

Edit: I should note that I am not yet decided whether to convert or not. So, I may or may not even be in the market for whatever you put out.
