What a difference a couple of years make. A couple years back, I said Numeria (itself part of the larger Golarion).

These days, it’s either Scarred Lands or Crystalpunk.

I'm having a blast running a campaign in the Iron Kingdoms setting. I'm using the Requiem 5e books for mechanics, but leaning hard on the 3e/2d6 books for lore and setting details.

Midnight was a favorite if mine back in the 3e days, although I never got to run a campaign in it. I've heard that the 5e version is a bit lackluster in comparison, though...

You peeked my interest for Ptolus! I have downloaded the free player's guide and if I like it, I'll buy the campaign setting book.
My group ran a shared world Ptolus campaign for years based off the free players guide and the Banewarrens module alone. The huge setting book in your choice of 3e format and 5e and cyber system formats is really good but I don’t find it necessary.

I continued using that as the basis of my mashup setting for other groups and felt it meshed well with Freeport and Paizo AP campaigns in particular that I have run.
