D&D 5E (2014) What's Your Level Sweet Spot?

I was going to make a poll but realized we would need a bunch of options that could just be posted (and explained) in the thread.

What levels do you think 5e is the best (by any metric you choose)?

I like the power level of 7-9, but I do like much of the level 10 and 11 class features.

Maybe a E9 variant where you can buy some level 10 and 11 features as ASIs.

9th level gives +4 proficiency(nice for halfprof features and still does not make expertise jump very far ahead, +2 +4 +8 is just about perfect for me), 5th level spells for full casters and 3rd level spells for half casters. And almost all crucial class and archetype features.

Would it be possible for Enworlders to also indicate what is their highest level played?

If someone has only played up to 10th level, for example, that person saying 4th to 6th level has a different meaning than someone who has played in higher tiers, and feels similarly.

10-14th for me..with 14th being the current height of the ongoing campaign.

In 5e...

You have epic boons to make up for it, though it can be tough on the DM as you have to a little bit more creative to create credible threats that aren't simply rolled over or are massed armies to fight.
