yeah, notice that "World of Warcraft game playing" experience is not a requirement. This is actually very common as 99% of players out there are not capable of doing the job.

I suspect alot of l33t d00d gamers are going to apply and be surprised when they get turned down.

Remember, it's easier to teach Customer Service professionals how to play World of Warcraft than it is to teach World of Warcraft players to learn Customer Service skills.

This is true for every profession.
