Sorry for the delay, did that manticore quells the cliff attack work as per your description (it's pelted by rocks), if so, the dog has taken 5 hits already...

If you take a minute you could probably skin the dog for its pelt...

Mewtwo attempts to skin the dog, and if nothing bothers him, he will fall back away from the dogs a bit, looking at his surroundings.
